Create a pocket out of oven-safe parchment paper and add 2 small cod filets to it that have been properly seasoned. Fold the edges of the paper pocket to seal in the juices and bake at 400 degrees farenheit for about 15 minutes. Carefully remove from oven, open pocket and enjoy some moist, flavorful, tender awesomeness. Pair with your favorite vegetable or tubor and voila!
