Gym attendance and consistency has taken a nose-dive since the beginning of this year.
The Mrs. had some medical issues that were addressed and we both took some time off. She needed about 60 days but we extended that to 120 just due to needing a break I guess.
Last month we met our self-defined attendance goals and were on course for building back our health base, but for some reason we just can't quite get into that routine again.
All that changes today though and consistency, once again, is the goal.
Whatever level of fitness you require to maintain a reasonable and sustainable level of health is such an important investment in your future health. Especially as you age into the senior years. Not to mention the reduced cost.
The ultimate health goal should be a high quality of life - whatever that means for each individual. Cheers!
